Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase date.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you of the status of your refund.  If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies. If your items are deemed non-refundable, we will ship the original items back to you via our standard shipping method.  Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt once shipped.

Non-Refundable Items

• If your extensions have been shampooed, cut, colored, or used in any way, we are unable to issue a refund.  
• If items are mailed with any of the above conditions, you will be required to send a shipping label to receive the non-refundable items back.
• If the hair extensions have been altered, swapped, or mishandled in any way, we are unable to issue a refund.
• We are unable to exchange returned items.  If you are due a refund, upon receipt you may order the extensions that you wish to purchase.
